Each interest falling into the CRM system has the potential for qualifying in a transaction (sale), and further, when passing through the successive stages of a transaction, the probability of its successful completion increases. By setting the probability coefficient of winning for each of the stages, taking into account the data on the budget and the terms of the transaction, you get the total weighted sum of the sales forecast for the period for all transactions at all stages of the funnel.
